Waterproof cable entry for solar installations

The UNITECK Solar Cable Entry Gland provides a clean, secure and waterproof solution for routing solar cables through a roof or deck. Thanks to the integrated MC4-compatible connectors, solar panels can be connected or disconnected quickly without cutting or rewiring the cables.

Designed for two solar cables with conductor sizes from 4 to 6 mm², the UV-resistant housing is ideal for boats, yachts, motorhomes, campervans and other mobile solar installations. Protective caps keep the connectors sealed whenever they are not in use.

Installation requires two 13 mm holes in the roof or deck. The cable entry gland is secured with four 4 mm screws (not included).

For a permanently watertight installation, we recommend using a high-quality marine sealant such as Sikaflex®.
