Get the maximum energy from your solar panels
The UNITECK UNIMPPT MPPT solar charge controllers ensure that the energy generated by your solar panels is converted into the maximum possible charging current for your battery. Compared with conventional PWM controllers, advanced MPPT technology continuously tracks the optimum operating point of the solar panel and converts excess panel voltage into additional charging current, increasing energy yield especially during cold weather and changing light conditions.
The UNIMPPT range is suitable for 12 V and 24 V battery systems and supports flooded lead-acid, AGM, Gel and modern LiFePO₄ batteries.
Intelligent battery charging
UNITECK's exclusive ALGOTECK 6 charging algorithm automatically manages the complete charging process. It adapts charging voltages according to battery technology and ambient temperature to maximise battery performance and service life.
Functions include:
• Automatic battery analysis
• Multi-stage charging
• Float maintenance mode
• Temperature compensation
• Desulphation and electrolyte mixing for lead-acid batteries
LCD Display
The integrated LCD display provides real-time information including:
• Battery voltage
• Solar power
• Charging current
• Battery status
• Energy flow
The controllers also feature a programmable load output with timer function for applications such as lighting.
Which charge controller do I need?
The correct controller depends on two values:
• Total solar panel power
• Maximum open-circuit voltage (Voc)
Recommended for 12 V battery systems
| Total solar power | Recommended controller |
|---|---|
| up to 150 W | UNIMPPT 60/10.24L |
| up to 300 W | UNIMPPT 60/20.24L |
| up to 600 W | UNIMPPT 100/40.24L |
Recommended for 24 V battery systems
| Total solar power | Recommended controller |
|---|---|
| up to 300 W | UNIMPPT 60/10.24L |
| up to 600 W | UNIMPPT 60/20.24L |
| up to 1,200 W | UNIMPPT 100/40.24L |
Important: When solar panels are connected in series, the open-circuit voltage (Voc) is added together. Always check both the total panel power and the maximum controller input voltage before selecting a model.
