Shipping terms
We are currently shipping to delivery addresses within Germany and the EU. Delivery is with DHL. In the case of packages, the delivery can be tracked using the tracking number. We will send the tracking number by email on the day the goods are dispatched.

All our prices are in EURO (€) inclusive 19% German VAT.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Germany takes place within 3 - 7 days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made any different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
