Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire fourteen days after the day:
- on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods; or
- in the case of multiple goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately, on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use the electronic withdrawal function provided on our website via the “Withdraw Contract” button. After submitting your withdrawal, you will promptly receive confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail).
This does not affect your right to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement sent by e-mail or by post to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back the goods or hand them over to the above return address without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Examination of the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods means testing and trying out the goods as would normally be possible and customary in a retail store.
