Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons by means of a clear declaration. The withdrawal period begins on the day
- where you or a third party assigned by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods
- where you or a third party assigned by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and the goods are delivered separately.
To timely dispatch of the withdrawal suffices to comply with the withdrawal period if the declaration is made on a durable data carrier (e.g. a fax, e-mail or letter sent by post). The withdrawal is to be addressed to:

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different method of delivery to the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your declaration of withdrawal. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged for this refund.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You will have to bear the direct costs of the return.
In the event of an effective return, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) surrendered. You only have to pay compensation for the deterioration of the goods if the deterioration is due to handling of the goods which goes beyond the examination of the characteristics and the functionality. The term "testing of properties and functionality" means testing and trying out the goods, as is possible and customary in a shop.
