Data processing procedures when visiting our online shop

When you visit our website outmar.com for purely informative purposes, we only collect the personal data that your browser sends to our server when you access our website:

• IP address of the computer requesting connections in shortened form
• File enquiry from the client
• The http response form
• The internet page where you clicked on a link to visit us (referrer URL)
• The time of the server request
• Browser type and version
• The operating system used by the requesting computer

This data is not stored together with other personal data of the user.

If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data, which we require for technical purposes, so we can display our website to you and ensure its stability and security. They serve the optimization and possibly necessary performance adjustments. The storage of this data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of a website and you as a user have no possibility of objection.

Data collection and data processing when using our online shop

General contact 

If you provide us with personal data by e-mail or via the contact form in our online shop (last name, first name, e-mail address, if necessary address), this is generally done on a voluntary basis. This data is used to process your inquiries or orders and is used for our own advertising by post and e-mail. Inquiries via our contact form require your confirmation of the acknowledgement of our data protection regulations.

Any further use, in particular the passing on of data to third parties for purposes of advertising, market or opinion research, will not take place. We delete the data arising in this connection after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations.

Newsletter 

With your consent and confirmation that you have taken note of our data protection regulations, you can subscribe to our newsletter in the footer of our online shop, with which we inform you about current offers and, if applicable, interesting novelties, tips and product recommendations.

We use the double-opt-in procedure for the registration to our newsletter. This means that after your registration, we will send you an e-mail to the e-mail address you provided, in which we ask you to confirm that you wish to receive the newsletter.

Your e-mail address is the only mandatory information for the sending of the newsletter. The provision of further, separately marked data is voluntary and is used to address you personally. After your confirmation, we will save your data for the purpose of sending you the newsletter. You can withdraw your consent to the sending of the newsletter at any time and unsubscribe from the newsletter in the footer of our online shop. The withdrawal is also possible via e-mail to shop@outmar.com.

To place an order in our online shop, it is necessary that you enter your personal data, which we need to process your order. This includes:

Payment methods

In our online shop we offer the payment option via PayPal. Paypal is an online payment service provider independent from OUTMAR. If you choose Paypal during the ordering process, your data will be automatically transmitted to Paypal and you automatically agree to the transmission of personal data to Paypal necessary for the payment processing. This usually includes the first name, last name, address, e-mail, IP address or other data necessary for the processing of payment via Paypal.

Tracking

After placing your order via our online shop and commissioning the respective shipping company, you will receive status notifications regarding your delivery for the purpose of parcel notification. For this purpose, we forward your e-mail address to DHL Paket GmbH, 53113 Bonn, Germany, which is legally obliged to protect your data. If you do not agree to this, simply send an e-mail to shop@outmar.com.

Information, deletion, blocking

You have the right to receive information free of charge at any time about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correct, block or delete this data. Objection advertising mails

We hereby object to the use of contact data published within the scope of the imprint obligation to send advertising and information material not expressly requested. The operators of this website expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event that unsolicited advertising information is sent, for example by spam e-mails.
