NOA Plastic sleeve

The correct NOA plastic insert allows a NOA rail mount or tube connector to be adapted to the required tube diameter. This means that the same mount can be used, for example, on stainless steel rails with a diameter of 25, 30 or 32 mm.

The plastic insert is fitted inside the aluminium mount and encloses the rail tube. It prevents direct contact between the aluminium mount and the stainless steel rail while protecting the surface of the tube against scratches and pressure marks.

The retaining flanges on both sides extend over the edges of the mount and prevent the insert from moving sideways.

Depending on the version, the plastic inserts are suitable for:

• NOA rail mounts
• NOA double rail mounts
• NOA parallel tube connectors
• NOA cross tube mounts
• rail mounts for NOA solar panel mounts

Select the inside diameter of the insert to match the outside diameter of the tube. Please also compare the dimensions with the rail mount or tube connector being used. Contact us if you require a different size or are unsure which insert fits your mount.
