Curved stern fitting for NOA outlaying frame. The bent outer tube is available in 3 standard lengths - 2.0, 2.5 and 3.0 m. The bent tube has a diameter of 25 mm and is pushed into the ends of the two overhang tubes, which have an outer diameter of 30 mm, at the stern of the boat. This allows the outlaying tube to be guided around the stern and the tarpaulin can also be closed at the stern without resting on the stern. For the required width, please measure the width of the stern at the height of the deck and add approx. 15 cm per side, as the tube of the outlaying frame is guided to the stern at a distance from the boat hull.
In the box:
- 1x outlaying tube with a diameter of 30 mm in lengths of 2.0; 2.5; or 3.0 m
- 2x curved tube with a diameter of 25 mm
Customer feedback:
...after we were skeptical at first whether the angles would even fit on our already assembled outlaying frame, we were surprised at how well it worked. It's a good thing that you "only" ordered the 2 m, because we had to cut off another 30 cm for our Hanse 29. But now the tube can be attached very well, but still has enough tension so that it can't stand on its own. Our tarpaulin can now go over it easily and it will probably be the first spring where we don't have to scrub our transom unnecessarily to remove the (tarpaulin) marks from the winter.
