WATERLINE Wind Scoope "Cabin Breeze" with Mosquito net for hatches

The "Cabin Breeze" windscoop from Waterline is invaluable when it comes to creating a cooling breeze below deck on hot days and keeping the air moving in the cabins on sultry nights. The unique design allows the windscoop to be mounted in the deck hatch in the direction the wind is coming from. This allows it to be used not only at anchor, but also in a bay where the ship may be moored with a shore line or in a harbor. The integrated mosquito net keeps mosquitoes and insects outside - nothing now stands in the way of a pleasant stay below deck.

All Waterline products are known for simple and quick installation: A strong foldable steel ring is holding the blinds and mosquito nets under a deck hatch and they are held in place by a center upward force. The same design has now also been used for the new Cabin Breeze - the foldable steel ring is slightly larger than the opening and fits snugly from the inside. Installation is thus even possible for flush mounted hatches. No other fittings such as strings are necessary at the bottom. Once in place under the hatch, its top is hoisted by means of a halyard, a topping lift or just a dedicated line. For center cockpit boats, it fits perfectly over the aft cabin hatch and is there easily kept in place by attaching its top to the end of the boom.
