General recommendations for choosing the right boat support for your application:

We offer two series:

the new LCMg and LCFg series boat supports have been developed for private users or smaller clubs who only want to store one or a few boats. The supports labelled ‘LCMg’, primarily for motorboats, have a load capacity of up to 2.75 t/support, while the LCFg supports, primarily for sailing boats, i.e. boats with a pointed hull, have a load capacity of up to 1.5 t/support. They are delivered ‘IKEA-style’, i.e. they have to be screwed together before they can be used for the first time. This makes shipping much cheaper and transport to the harbour, warehouse, etc. is possible without special vehicles. After use, the props can be dismantled and packed away again. You can select the correct boat prop height for your needs by adding the height of the bracing timbers under the keel or the height of the keel support to the draught of your boat. In the case of motorboats, please also note that the drive often protrudes above the keel line.

The MBS and SBS series boat supports have been developed for tough everyday use in shipyards, marinas or, for example, yacht and water sports clubs. They are designed for a load of up to 3.6 tonnes per prop and are supplied with a robust hull support plate made of marine plywood. A solid trapezoidal thread with large wing nuts enables the height to be adjusted quickly and easily. The supports are stackable and can be stowed away to save space when not in use. Due to the packing dimensions, shipping is carried out by a forwarding agent and is always interesting in terms of price if more than just one or two supports are required.
